1. Honda CB Series K and F models from years 1969 to 1983 (e.g. Honda CB750K / F, Honda CB550, Honda CB900 etc.)

2. Honda CX Series models from years 1978 to 1983 (e.g. Honda CX500, CX650).

Note that your kit takes about 10 business days to process – We press in the stem, grease the bearings, and package it all according to your selection.

Fork conversions made easy!

These custom triple clamps are manufactured using the highest OEM grade 6061 T6 Aluminium. The kits are modular, and therefore suitable for Honda CB and CX Series Cafe Racer, Scrambler, Tracker conversions/builds that will surely turn the heads of all those that you’re passing by. Simply go through the customise and purchase options above.

Now with our updated design we allow for all major upside fork sizes. Ranging from 48mm-55mm Top mounting diameter, and 53mm-56mm bottom mounting diameter.

Product Fitment

Our Honda Fork Conversion Kit is compatible with Honda CB and CX series bikes (1970’s – 1980’s):

  1. Honda CB Series (70’s – CB750’s, CB550’s etc.)
  2. Honda CB Series (80’s – CB750’s, CB900’s etc.)
  3. Honda CX series (Late 70’s to early 80’s).

Note that steering will differ between models. Adjust steering locks as per vehicle stopper.

Compatible forks

  • Any forks with a top clamping diameter of 48mm to 55mm, and bottom clamping diameter of 53mm to 56mm i.e. Honda CBR 929/954/1000RR, Yamaha R1, Suzuki GSXR 600/750/1000 , and many more, ranging multiple years from 2000 – 2020.
  • Headstem offset is changed from the original of 50mm to 40mm – The fork offset is responsible for stability and side to side steering lock.
  • Selecting type of fork conversion – ‘Standard’ Indicates that clip-on handlebars must be used, ‘Riser’ indicates that a tapered handlebar with 28.5mm clamping diameter is to be used – Works perfectly with our tapered handlebars, or Rizoma Style handlebars.
  • Choose any extras, such as a motoscope pro, mini, or tiny mounting brackets if you intend on on running a sleek new speedo with your new front end. The motoscope speedo is sold separately – be sure to check out our motogadget range.

*CBR models from 2000 to 2007 are plug and play due to a fork to fork spacing of 214mm, It therefore allows the CBR wheel, rotors and axle to be used without the need of spacers.

Other forks like Suzuki GSXR, Yamaha R1, Kawasaki or BMWS1000RR (and more) are also a popular selection with this kit. However, brake rotor spacers and axle spacers may be required if using the donor front wheel. Contact us if custom rotor adapters and axle spacers are required.

**Ohlins fork models may fit, however, lengths and axle spacing needs to be identical to the above listed models.

This BMW Fork Conversion kit comes with the following:

  • Bottom triple clamp with pressed-in head stem and bottom bearing.
  • Top triple clamp.
  • Top bearing.
  • 2x steering stoppers and 2x stainless steel bolts to suit.
  • 4x bottom triple clamp stainless steel bolts.
  • 2x top triple clamp stainless steel bolts.
  • 2x Collets to suit top clamping diameters of 48mm, 50mm, 52mm, 55mm forks.
  • 2 x Collets to suit bottom clamping diameters of 53mm, 54mm, 55mm or 56mm forks.
  • Optional extras if selected.
