BMW R - /7 Series models from years 1976 to 1990's (e.g. BMW R65, R80, R100 etc.) Simply let us know what set up you need by customising your kit below. Note that your kit takes about 10 business days to process - We press in the stem, grease the bearings, and package it all according to your selection. Top Fork Diameter (48mm-55mm) *

Bottom Fork Diameter (52mm-56mm) *

E.g. List anywhere from 52mm to 56mm bottom fork diameter. *please double check your forks before specifying the fork diameter.

Offset Length *

40mm Offset is now fixed. *30mm Offset is no longer available.

Headstem Bolt *

Select if you want a new custom stainless steel headstem bolt to replace the original.

Handlebars *

Select Yes if you required Tapered Handlebars to suit our Fork Conversion Kits (we'll match the colour of the handlebars to the colour of the kit).

Headstem Bolt + Adjuster Nut *

BMW R Series bikes must select this option as the original bolt and adjuster nuts are not compatible with this kit.

Speedometer Brackets *

Optional - Choose speedometer bracket for commonly used motogadget gauges.

These custom triple clamps are manufactured using the highest quality OEM Grade 6061 T6 Aluminium. The kits are modular, and therefore suitable for BMW K or R Series Cafe Racer, Scrambler, Tracker conversions/builds that will surely turn the heads of all those that you're passing by. Simply go through the customise and purchase options above.

Now with our updated design we allow for all major upside fork sizes. Ranging from 48mm-55mm Top mounting diameter, and 53mm-56mm bottom mounting diameter.

The kit itself is a great design, very high quality. Installation was made a breeze by Jax Garage, everything bolted on and was rolling within minutes. Additionally Jas worked with me to produce a few extra bits to make the kit exactly what I wanted for my build. Great parts, even better guy to work with in Jas. Can't recommend Jax Garage enough.
